RECIPES TO GOOD WRITING - It does just what the title suggests: gives you some pointers on how to write different types of texts. Click on the recipes to read and then try them out. Faz exactamente o que diz no título: dá-te uma séries de explicações sobre como escrever diferentes tipos de texto. Clica nas receitas para lê-las e depois experimenta-as.
ESSAY MAP - Helps you to map/outline your essay first, so writing your text is easier. Before you begin you must enter your name and the topic of your essay. Ajuda-te a delinear as partes da tua composição, tornando o processo de escrita do texto mais fácil. Antes de começares tens de introduzir o teu nome e o tema da tua composição.
FRACTURED FAIRY TALES - Choose a fairy tale and give it your very own twist, by changing the characters, the setting and so on. When you're done you can print out your version. Escolhe um conto e altera-o como quiseres, dando-lhe o teu cunho pessoal. Depois de terminado podes imprimir a tua versão.
ACROSTIC POEMS - Helps create your own acrostic poems. Befor starting you need to type your name and the word you want to write your acrostic on. Ajuda-te a criar acrósticos. Para começares tens de introduzir o teu nome e a palavra à volta da qual queres criar o teu acróstico.
STORY STARTERS - You can use story starters whenever you run out of inspiration to write. Just type in your name, pick your grade and then just spin the lever until you're happy with the topics suggested. Usa o story starters quando precisares de inspiração para escrever. Introduz o teu nome, selecciona o teu ano nível e puxa a alavanca até estares satisfeito com a sugestão feita.
NEWSPAPER CLIPPING GENERATOR - Allows you to create your own newspaper article. Just fill in the name of the newspaper, the date, the title and write your newspaper article. Escreve o teu próprio artigo de jornal. Introduz o nome do teu jornal, a data, o título do artigo e depois é só escreveres o teu artigo.
WRITE OR DIE - Set your word/time goal, choose your mode and click on "Write" to start typing your text. You can't stop typing for long or your text will gradually be erased. When you're done you can save your text. Especifica quantas palavras tens de escrever, quanto tempo tens para o fazer, depois clica em "Write" para começares a escrever o teu texto. Não podes para de escrever durante muito tempo ou o teu texto será gradualmente apagado. Quando terminares poderás guardar o teu texto.
LIVE TYPING - It records your writing process from start to finish, showing all you wrote, every word you deleted, corrected and changed. When you're done click on "Enliven" to watch your recording and then share your final text. Todo o teu processo de criação será gravado, mostrando tudo o que escreveste, todas as palavras que apagaste, corregiste ou alteraste. Quando terminares clica em "Enliven" para veres a gravação e depois partilhares a versão final do teu trabalho.
